Kelly Osbourne Stuns in Electric Blue Makeup, Sparking Buzz Over 'Healthier' Look

A bold festival look just reignited a conversation that has followed the rock legend’s daughter for months. But this time, the reaction is very different.

On June 1, 2026, Kelly Osbourne made a special appearance at the Mighty Hoopla festival in London alongside Scissor Sisters, and the photos her makeup artist posted afterward drew a flood of comments.

But what fans wrote in response had everything to do with Kelly’s glaring transformation and very little to do with the eyeshadow itself.

Kelly’s eyes were the focal point of the makeup design. She had a dramatic, vintage-inspired blue eyeshadow gradient moving from a deep, intense blue in the crease to a soft, icy pastel near the brow bone. This was complemented with heavy black liner and voluminous false lashes.

Additionally, her complexion was matte and flawless, while her lips stayed neutral with a matte pale peach-nude and a clean liner. As for the hair, it was slicked into a wet-look bob, side-parted and pinned behind the ears with small silver clips.

A source who saw Kelly at the Clive Davis pre-Grammy party told the Daily Mail, “She looks even skinnier in person, it was scary.” They added:

“I have known her for years and she has never looked like this before, not even close.”

The same insider then went into more detail, “The first thing I noticed is how her face looks hollow, making her cheekbones stand out. When she talks it looks different, like weird. She is gorgeous, but being that thin is hard,” the insider continued. “I don’t think God intended people to be that thin.”

A second source told the Daily Mail that “nobody near her is looking to provide an intervention, but people have noticed and are monitoring it,” adding that “Kelly is definitely not concerned with how she looks and would tell anyone that would bring it up to her to go [expletive], but she does get upset over people talking about it.”

“She is very skinny. She has been working on her weight her entire life and the stress of her dad passing away has been a major struggle to deal with that is taking a toll on her look and health.”

Kelly has spent most of her adult life navigating public scrutiny regarding her body. In 2018, she underwent gastric sleeve surgery and subsequently dropped 85 pounds by committing to a strict diet and rigorous, high-intensity workouts.

But the pregnancy with her son Sidney in 2022 made her gain roughly 100 pounds back and brought gestational diabetes, a period she largely stepped away from the public eye to manage.

Throughout all of it, Kelly has firmly denied using Ozempic. The comparison to her mother, Sharon, 73, who publicly confirmed using the drug after her own dramatic weight loss, only kept the speculation going.

She continued, “None of it proves strength; it only reveals a profound absence of compassion and character.” And then:

“I’m currently going through the hardest time in my life. I should not even have to defend myself. But I won’t sit here and allow myself to be dehumanized in such a way!”

Her brother Jack, 40, has been navigating similar scrutiny. On May 20, he posted a video to Instagram pushing back on reports about his appearance.

In the video, he expressed deep frustration over recent articles claiming he was ill and severely underweight, calling the speculation completely absurd. He explained that his weight had remained perfectly steady ever since he finished filming “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here” six months prior.

Instead, he attributed the change in his appearance entirely to shaving off his beard. He also pointed out that the media had relentlessly attacked him for being overweight his entire life, only to criticize him even more now that he has reached a healthy size.

Despite everything, those close to Kelly insist that her core personality remains completely unchanged.
